Please complete the registration form to detail the attendees and the type of space you are requesting.

One vehicle or camping unit with each site registration. No more than 6 people and/or 2 vehicles allowed per site. Extra vehicle
parking is $8.00 per site. Vehicle license plate numbers are not required.

Friday, August 2:

2:00 p.m. Campsite Check-in or as campsites become available
7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Potluck/Cooking Contest - Adult (Main Dish and Salad) and Children (Dessert - 1st and 2nd place)

Saturday, August 3

7:00 a.m. Morning Coffee
7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast Provided by the Memorial Fund Committee
9:30 a.m. - Annual Horseshoe Tournament - near the volleyball net
10:00 a.m. - Noon - Childrens' Games, Crafts, & Activities, followed by a Pinata & Snow Cones!
9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Family Fun Time
5:30 p.m. - Oysters on the BBQ
6:30 p.m. - ¡Fiesta!- Taco Bar, Salvadoran Cabbage Salad, Cuban Black Beans, Fresh Corn on the Cob, Fresh Fruit
7:30 p.m. - Bingo - with lots of great prizes!
8:30 p.m. - Cookies & Ice Cream
