Friday, August 2:
- 2:00 p.m. Campsite Check-in or as campsites become available
- 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Potluck/Cooking Contest - Adult (Main Dish and Salad) and Children (Dessert - 1st and 2nd place)
Saturday, August 3
- 7:00 a.m. Morning Coffee
- 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast Provided by the Memorial Fund Committee
- 9:30 a.m. - Annual Horseshoe Tournament - near the volleyball net
- 10:00 a.m. - Noon - Children's Games & Activities (Pinata & Snow Cones)
- 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Family Fun Time
- 5:30 p.m. - Oysters on the BBQ -"¡Fiesta!"
- 6:30 p.m. - Picnic- Taco Bar, Salvadoran Cabbage Salad, Cuban Black Beans, Fresh Corn on the Cob, Fresh Fruit
- 7:30 p.m. - Bingo - with lots of great prizes!
- 8:30 p.m. - Cookies & Ice Cream
Sunday, August 4
- 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Morning Coffee and Breakfast Burritos
- 10:00 a.m. Return picnic tables to campsites - need strong backs!
- 12:00 p.m. Campsite Check-out
